 Emerald Transport & Logistics strictly prohibits the shipment of contraband and any items deemed illegal or restricted by local, state, federal, or international laws. This includes, but is not limited to, drugs, firearms, hazardous materials, and counterfeit goods.

 By making payment on any invoice, the customer acknowledges and accepts Emerald Transport & Logistics' policies and terms of service. This includes adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to the shipment of goods.

 Emerald Transport & Logistics reserves the right to inspect all shipments and report any suspected illegal activities to the appropriate authorities. We are not liable for any shipment delays, confiscations, or legal consequences resulting from the inclusion of prohibited items.

Customs Compliance

 All shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items comply with the regulations of the destination country. Any penalties or additional charges arising from non-compliance will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer also agrees to pay any additional customs assessment fees that lead to upliftment when applicable.

 If your item arrives damaged or broken, it is important to notify us promptly. Claims must be submitted within the first 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Unfortunately, claims received after this period will be considered invalid. CLAIMS DENIED FOR NON-CRATED FURNITURE.

To submit a claim, please follow these steps:
Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with the photos and a description of the damage.

Provide Details: Include your order number, delivery date, and any other relevant information.

By following these guidelines, we can address your claim efficiently and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
